Meditation Hour

Would you like to relax unwind and feel inner calmness? if so come and join me for a guided meditation on a Friday evening, this is your hour for you to relax, enjoy other peoples company with similar interests to you.

A Meditation Hour will take place every other Friday from 6pm to 7pm and every other Wednesday 7.30pm to 8.30pm the dates for 2011 are :=

29/7/11, 10/8/11, 12./8/11, 24/8/11, 26/8/11, 7/9/11, 9/9/11, 21/9/11, 23/9/11

with more dates to follow:-

Cost £5.00 per session pay as you go

Aromatherapy: Back Massage Duration 30 mins £18.00

Aromatherapy: Full Body Massage Duration 1 hour £28.00

Reiki Treatment: Duration 1 hour £28.00

Sports Massage: Back/Shoulders/neck/legs Duration 30-45 mins (time may vary) £25.00

You can also mix the treatments and tailor them to your needs.
